Serve as the technical backbone for Trustly's Global websites, focusing on Help Center and Customer Support Ecosystem.
Bridge the gap between Support, Product, and Marketing to build high-impact digital assets that empower customers and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven ability to think long-term about website experiences and the customer journey.
Strong written and verbal English skills to explain complex technical concepts.
Experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JS) and familiarity with CSS Grid and debugging tools.
Experience with Webflow, Figma, Google Analytics, and leveraging AI for efficiency.
Strong knowledge of digital analytics and advanced data querying skills.
Experience with MixPanel, Zapier, Salesforce, and Apex Code development is highly valued.
