  • The engineer will coordinate incident resolution efforts and implement change management protocols, especially during critical system operations at night.
  • Collaboration with the New York office is essential to ensure smooth operations and alignment of SRE practices across time zones.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role or a similar position, demonstrating deep knowledge in site reliability engineering and operations.
  • A working knowledge of REST APIs and an understanding of API integration is required.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting automation and system management is necessary, along with a track record of developing automation solutions.
  • SQL and database expertise in transactional databases, including querying and troubleshooting, is essential.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis of technical issues are required.
  • Candidates must be available for flexible work hours and willing to cover US market trading sessions, including L2 on-call coverage.
  • Knowledge of Change Management Process and Risk Management is necessary.
