Requirements:

• Candidates should have experience operating and scaling production systems in cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Familiarity with service reliability concepts such as monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis is required.
• Comfort working across infrastructure layers, including compute, networking, storage, and observability tooling, is necessary.
• Strong debugging and systems thinking skills are essential, with the ability to follow problems across services and layers.
• Candidates must be able to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects from problem discovery through resolution.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems, exposure to observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry), and exposure to TypeScript or interest in working in a TypeScript-based codebase.
