Description:

  • Seeking a hands-on Software Architect who views architecture as a business tool and collaborates closely with execution teams.
  • Responsible for leading architectural modernization, organizational design, platform engineering strategy, mentorship, and executive alignment.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience at a Principal or Distinguished level in complex environments.
  • Deep expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and cloud economics.
  • Proven ability to influence teams without authority and mediate technical disputes.
  • Understanding of team structures and platform engineering metrics to demonstrate ROI.
  • Intellectual humility and ability to thrive in ambiguity while supporting team autonomy.
