The Contacts Team manages core infrastructure for contact records and interactions, focusing on scalable and reliable systems.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend software development experience.
Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js; familiarity with JavaScript, Go, Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and caching strategies.
Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
