Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (C#, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, Scala, Ruby).
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and System Design.
Hands-on experience with production applications having a user base of 100K+.
Proven experience with high-traffic, large-scale consumer or B2B products.
Experience in developing modern Backend, Frontend, or Full Stack applications.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and scalable application architecture.
Ability to use AI coding assistants effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership.
