Description:

  • Join the Unified Employee Experience (UEX) team at ServiceNow, focusing on building AI-first employee experiences through platforms like Employee Slate and Employee Center.
  • Own the architecture and performance of the front end platform, ensuring it is fast, consistent, and extensible for various teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in web front ends and front end platforms.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Proven experience in designing framework-level abstractions and managing front end performance at scale.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex architectures to diverse stakeholders.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
