Description:

Join SWTCH, a leader in EV charging solutions, to build an AI-first fleet management product.
Work closely with a dedicated PM and the Director of Engineering to design and ship the product, owning the work end-to-end.

Requirements:

3 to 6 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend services (Python preferred).
Experience with modern JS/TS frameworks (Next.js, React, Vue, Svelte) and a strong ability to learn new technologies.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in software development.
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to quality practices (logging, testing, deployment).
