Remote Software Engineer, Applications

Description:

• CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software, serving over 200,000 users.
• The Software Engineer, Applications will work on product development from design to production, collaborating with product teams and experts.
• Role involves hands-on building, using AI-assisted development tools, and spans the full product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Strong experience in building and operating production distributed systems and backend services.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Next.js/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong system design skills and experience with observability and operational excellence.
• Background in automated testing and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Experience in a healthcare SaaS environment is preferred.
