The Software Engineer will contribute to the development of an AI-native benefits platform, with ownership and the opportunity to shape the company's direction.

Requirements:

2+ years of industry experience in fast-paced or startup environments, with a focus on impactful products.
Proficiency in React/TypeScript and/or Python, with experience in deploying services on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
Experience in building AI/ML features and a strong desire to stay updated with emerging technologies.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
