Seeking experienced C engineers to build datasets for AI agents to reason about real codebases.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with substantial production C.
Ability to navigate large, unfamiliar C codebases and explain runtime behavior.
Comfort with preprocessor-heavy builds, platform conditionals, and manual memory management.
Relevant experience in databases, cryptography, networking protocols, or systems programming.
Proficiency in using debuggers, sanitizers, tracing, and profilers.
Strong written English skills for crafting questions and rubrics.

Compensation of $130 per approved task, performed remotely.
Fully remote and asynchronous work environment with expert team leads across various time zones.
