Description:

  • Join Pilot as a Staff Software Engineer on the Takeoff team, responsible for core accounting systems.
  • Lead technical direction and drive outcomes across multiple teams, ensuring accurate financials for customers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with production experience in Python.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-team projects and setting technical direction.
  • Strong coding fundamentals, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and familiarity with accounting or fintech is a plus.
  • Remote employment available in CA, GA, NY, NC, TN, TX, and WA only.
