Participants can connect Git repositories, evaluate them for licensing, and earn compensation based on usage under approved arrangements.

Requirements:

Must own or have legal authority to license original code repositories.
Repositories should contain meaningful original software-development work and meet quality and technical requirements.
Must verify ownership and licensing rights if requested.
Code must not include third-party material that cannot be sublicensed.

Compensation of $100 per 1 million tokens of source code and $40 per 1 million tokens of Git history.
Receive feedback for improvement if repositories do not meet licensing requirements.
