Description:

Design, build, and ship full stack features across the Registry platform (frontend, backend, database).
Maintain integrations with core platforms (Healthie, Candid, Spruce, HubSpot).
Write and maintain APIs and webhooks, ensuring idempotency and data reconciliation.
Design and evolve database schemas and queries (Postgres).
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Clinical Operations to translate requirements into software.
Write tests and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring.
Follow HIPAA and security best practices for handling PHI.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Requirements:

3–6+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full stack developer.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React/Next.js, Node.js/Python).
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred).
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party platforms.
Comfort working across the full stack.
Strong testing discipline and code quality habits.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

Competitive salary range of $140,000-$155,000, with flexibility based on experience.
