Requirements:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with substantial production Go.
Ability to navigate large, unfamiliar Go codebases and explain runtime behavior.
Fluency in Go concurrency, interfaces, module boundaries, and the standard library.
Experience with distributed systems, networking, storage engines, or Kubernetes tooling.
Precise written English for crafting questions and rubrics.
Comfortable with git, containerized environments, and command-line tooling.

Contract, task-based work paid at $130 per approved task.
Fully remote and asynchronous work environment with expert team leads across multiple time zones.
