Description:

  • Join Lumos as a Software Engineer on the Identity Platform team, focusing on the evolution of the identity data backbone.
  • Lead projects to enhance the identity sync pipeline and improve monitoring and reliability for customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a backend or platform engineer, building production data pipelines using Dagster, Airflow, or similar.
  • Proficiency in modern backend languages (Python, Go, TypeScript) with a focus on clean API design and observability.
  • Strong instinct for data correctness and operational rigor in high-volume pipelines.
  • Familiarity with identity and access governance (IGA) data.
