Description:

  • Lead technical direction for a key workstream in Spreetail's AI-native e-commerce platform, focusing on inventory management, order routing, warehouse operations, or client integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership without formal people-management responsibility, guiding engineers and making design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in building and shipping production backend systems.
  • Strong fundamentals in backend engineering, including APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with e-commerce order management, inventory, or logistics systems is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and align engineers without formal authority, with strong communication skills.
