Description:

Design, build, and operate high-throughput backend services for data ingestion at Smarsh.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data capture, processing, and archiving.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
Proficiency in C#, Java, .NET Core, or similar backend technologies.
Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, observability practices, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
