Remote Software Engineer, Machine Learning

Description:

• Work end-to-end on new Agentic AI Agents, managing feature releases using conversational AI technology.
• Engage in UXD, infrastructure, and machine learning challenges, contributing to infrastructure code and prompt engineering.
• Own long-term projects, breaking down problems into manageable steps for iterative delivery and validation.
• Collaborate directly with product managers to ideate and address commercial problems, shaping product direction.
• Evaluate work using established data pipelines to assess impact on commercial objectives and pivot as necessary.
• Consider long-term team direction to develop engineering capabilities for future challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years at a senior/lead level.
• Experience in a high-performing engineering team, preferably in a scale-up or recognized organization.
• Proficient across the stack with deep knowledge in server-side, machine learning, and backend technologies.
• Relevant experience in building enterprise-grade SaaS products, particularly in AI-powered video generation.
• Strong alignment with commercial success and previous leadership experience of smaller teams is a plus.
