Description:
- Seeking a Staff or Senior Desktop Application Engineer to design and implement an AI-powered IT self-service chat agent for Windows and macOS.
- Role involves setting technical direction, influencing design decisions, and ensuring performance and reliability for a global application.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in desktop application engineering, with a focus on native applications for Windows and macOS.
- Proficient in Rust and/or C++, with experience in cross-platform development; familiarity with Tauri is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of OS APIs, application distribution lifecycle, and performance profiling.
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
