As a Senior Software Engineer, you will strengthen Anza's Agave client and the Solana network.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and debugging existing code, collaborating with experts to understand goals, and designing new solutions to meet performance and reliability standards.
You will contribute to the security and scalability of blockchain infrastructure against emerging threats.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with core infrastructure software and distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in systems programming languages such as Rust or C++ is essential.
Experience with consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
Candidates should possess problem-solving skills to analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions.
A security mindset with knowledge of common security threats and best practices in securing consensus processes is necessary.
A growth mindset with a commitment to consuming research papers and investigating new solutions is expected.
