  • 1–3+ years of Roblox or relevant game development experience.
  • Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience shipping features or games in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows.
