Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python or a comparable modern backend language.
• Experience in high-velocity environments and using AI coding tools.
• Strong understanding of system design, reliability engineering, and service observability.
• Ability to work closely with customers to translate business needs into code.
