Description:

  • Aiwyn is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on modernizing accounting software for firms.
  • The Software Engineer, Strategic Initiatives will lead high-priority projects that don't fit into existing teams, driving innovation and execution across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience taking projects from concept to delivery, ideally in a startup or similar environment.
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience in building agentic systems and familiarity with frontier-model capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Willingness to iterate quickly and abandon unsuccessful projects.
