Description:

Join the SupportHub team as a Software Engineer I to assist the Engineering department in scaling.
Participate in an on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks to support critical issues outside of regular business hours.

Requirements:

Ability to identify root causes of technical issues from multiple sources.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with code versioning tools like git.
Familiarity with debugging tools such as AWS Cloudwatch, Sentry, or Datadog.
Experience with 3rd Party APIs using Postman and scripting languages like Python.
Understanding of Fullstack web development and the AWS ecosystem.
Preferred: Experience on a level 3 support team and with utilities/device partners.
