Remote Software Engineering Team Lead – Vehicle Communication Gateways

Description:

• Lead the software engineering team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, focusing on vehicle communication gateways and connectivity modules.
• Improve planning, tracking, and execution of software activities while enhancing collaboration with U.S. counterparts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in the automotive industry on software development projects and project management.
• 2+ years of experience leading a technical team.
• Knowledge of automotive development processes (Automotive SPICE, V-model, MISRA) and tools (Git, JIRA).
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience with globally distributed teams.
