Description:

  • Netomi is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Agentic Delivery team and lead the technical success of complex enterprise deployments involving AI-driven automation and virtual agents.
  • This role is highly customer-facing and involves solution architecture, integrations, security, and infrastructure discussions.
  • The primary focus is on ensuring successful customer onboarding and production readiness.
  • Responsibilities include leading solution and architecture discussions with enterprise customers, translating business and operational requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures, and owning technical success during the early delivery lifecycle (0–90 days).
  • The Solution Architect will act as the primary technical escalation point for complex delivery and integration issues.
  • The role involves designing and reviewing API-first integrations, including REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
  • The architect will lead web and mobile application integrations, including SDK-based integrations and authentication and authorization flows.
  • Integrations with customer support and contact center platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and ServiceNow are also part of the responsibilities.
  • The architect will define data flows for ticket creation and updates, conversation context synchronization, and agent assist scenarios.
  • Ensuring reliable, secure, and performant integrations aligned with customer workflows is crucial.
  • The role includes contributing to RFP/RFQ responses, participating in technical discovery calls, and leading discussions on deployment architecture, security posture, and performance validation.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to align customer requirements with platform capabilities is essential.
  • The architect will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to resolve delivery risks and improve delivery playbooks.
  • Mentoring delivery engineers on architecture and integration best practices is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Delivery roles.
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering API-driven enterprise solutions is required.
  • A deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and authorization is necessary.
  • Experience with web and mobile application integration patterns is essential.
  • Candidates should have experience integrating with customer support desk/CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions and architecture reviews is required.
  • Experience acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience supporting RFP/pre-sales technical responses is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
