Description:

Lead the onboarding and implementation experience for customers as the primary point of contact.
Own technical solution design and ensure overall success of implementation.
Collaborate with Project Managers and guide solution strategy for long-term customer success.

Requirements:

3–7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows; familiarity with SQL or scripting preferred.
Proven ability to lead technical conversations with executive stakeholders.
Deep experience in SaaS implementation, ideally in a fast-growing startup or data-heavy product environment.
Resourceful problem solver with a track record of successful go-lives aligned with client needs.
Experience working in a collaborative model with Project Managers.
