Description:

Seeking an experienced Solution Architect for an AI-powered modernization initiative within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health portfolio.
Role involves designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions to modernize legacy healthcare systems and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
10-15+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, systems engineering, or technology modernization initiatives.
Experience with large-scale federal IT modernization programs, preferably in healthcare or VA environments.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated technical outputs for architectural soundness and translate findings into actionable designs.
Strong experience in cloud, application, integration, and infrastructure domains.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and modern application design principles.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and APIs/microservices.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and federal compliance standards.
