Description:

Lead the implementation and provide ongoing technical assistance for the data.world data catalog solution.
Partner with customers to understand requirements and craft implementation strategies, ensuring successful integration and platform functionality.
Collaborate with customers to refine technical and business processes, aligning ServiceNow's offerings with their data infrastructure.
Assist in developing practical solutions, coding scripts, and performing data manipulation tasks as needed.
Create technical documentation and support materials for customer guidance.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and discuss project plans with enterprise executives.
Work closely with department leaders to scope, write, and present Statements of Work (SOWs).
Travel within the US approximately 25%.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role, with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Consultant, or Engineer.
Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills with a background in data governance, data catalogs, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with REST APIs and building integrated software.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines while understanding criticality.
High emotional intelligence to work effectively with diverse customers and teams.
Engage in technical implementation, including coding and system integration.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
