Description:

  • Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the primary technical advisor for customers.
  • Lead onboarding engagements and drive adoption of TruffleHog across customer organizations.
  • Conduct health checks, architecture reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and command line interfaces.
  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment with strong communication skills.
