Remote Solutions Engineer - Commercial (New Business)

Description:

• Tailscale is seeking an experienced Commercial Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales in driving new business for Commercial customers.
• The role involves co-owning a book of business, leading technical discovery, architecture design, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements:

• 4/5+ years in a customer-facing SE/SA role within networking or security software.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills, with a deep understanding of zero-trust networking and IAM integrations.
• Familiarity with privileged access management and infrastructure as code tools.
• Hands-on architecture experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in high-growth or startup environments.
