  • Role involves mentoring and raising AI fluency within the engineering organization through hands-on leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Ruby, with knowledge of Python and familiarity with Go.
  • Daily use of Claude Code for production-level coding.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows, context documentation, and evaluation harnesses.
  • Disciplined prompt engineering and security-first mindset in AI workflows.
  • Strong system design, debugging, and communication skills.
