Description:

  • Join FutureFit AI's Data team to build and own the data foundation of our product, focusing on labor market, skills, and occupation data.
  • Design ingestion and transformation pipelines, ensure data quality, and enable analytics for internal and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of data engineering experience with production ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data modeling in a warehouse/data lake.
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt) and cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience integrating data from various external sources and handling data quality issues.
  • Strong communication skills to explain data models to non-technical audiences.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: USD $125,000 to $155,000 (US) or CAD $125,000 to $160,000 (Canada).
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for team gatherings.
