Description:

  • Design, refine, and govern prompt workflows and content production patterns for AI-accelerated customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with AI Architects and the Delivery Acceleration team to enhance delivery speed, quality, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and quality assurance of AI-generated content.
  • Pre-sales or delivery consulting experience with ownership of customer-facing delivery artifacts.
  • Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of relevant work.
  • Understanding of professional services delivery operations and agile environments.
  • Self-directed with proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and presentation software.
