Requirements:

6 to 9 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Proficient in Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel, API development, and unit testing.
Frontend experience with Vue.js 3+.
Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB and tooling such as Git, Docker, Apache/Linux.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot).
Proven leadership skills in technical work and troubleshooting production issues.
Strong English communication skills and good time zone overlap with US Eastern hours.
