Description:

Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects to drive customer adoption and retention of Solo products.
Deliver customer-facing projects including onboarding, upgrades, and architectural changes.
Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts, understanding their use cases and business goals.
Resolve technical issues by collaborating with Support and Engineering, providing hands-on troubleshooting.
Guide customers in extending Solo.io products for modern workloads, including AI use cases.
Proactively identify new use cases to enhance product adoption and customer value.
Consult on architectural best practices and operational excellence in deployments.
Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to promote customer self-sufficiency.
Advocate for customer needs within Solo.io, providing feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
Collaborate with account teams to manage technical risks and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

3+ years of people management experience in technical roles.
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer).
Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh, API gateways).
1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies.
Proven track record managing relationships with large enterprise customers.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Go, Python, Bash).
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
