Description:

Remote position for a Senior QA Engineer in Argentina or Uruguay.
6-month contract with potential for extension.
Responsible for quality assurance of a React Native mobile app and a Next.js web experience.
Hands-on testing involving real devices, developer tools, logs, and APIs.
Emphasis on clear communication as a key non-technical trait.

Requirements:

Proficient with browser developer tools for debugging and investigation.
Experience debugging React Native applications on iOS and Android devices.
Ownership of test automation, including designing automated test suites (Playwright, Maestro).
API testing experience with Postman or similar tools.
Basic SQL knowledge and ability to read structured application logs.
Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog for logs and error tracking.
Strong communication skills, able to articulate reasoning and ask clarifying questions.
Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests in pipelines.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows in testing and development.
