Description:

  • Role involves testing non-deterministic systems, including live phone calls and speech transcription.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in QA with hands-on experience in complex products.
  • Practical experience with SIP/VoIP systems and troubleshooting using SIP traces.
  • Proficiency in Python for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with TMS tools and Jira.
  • Advanced spoken English required, with overlap with US Eastern business hours.
