Remote Sr. Software Engineer II, Agentic Workflows

Description:

• Join TrueML as a Senior Software Engineer II on the Agentic Workflows team to build AI-powered workflow automation for a SaaS B2B platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, scalable systems that enhance customer experiences for distressed borrowers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems).
• Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong code ownership, technical stewardship, and ability to mentor teammates.
• Experience with AI workflow technologies (Gemini, LangChain) is a plus.
