Remote Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Description:

• Seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) for a cybersecurity environment.
• Responsible for core applications of an MDR platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in Go development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Golang, including standard library, goroutine management, and channel communication.
• Expertise in thread-safe data structures, worker pool patterns, and memory-efficient code.
• Mastery of Go paradigms, including interfaces and generics.
• Experience with context for deadline management and structured cancellation.
• Familiarity with continuous deployment, GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Proficient with Redis, OpenSearch, SQL databases, and query optimization.
• Understanding of networking protocols, TLS, and application-level security.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience in production systems or open-source contributions.
