Create reusable integration patterns for safe, auditable actions across systems.
Partner with business and engineering teams to develop durable backend capabilities for operational workflows.

Requirements:

Strong backend engineering experience in building production services, APIs, or platform capabilities.
Technical judgment for integrations focusing on reliability, security, data correctness, and audibility.
Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into clear technical designs.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, business, and operational partners.
Quick learning ability in new domains, including internal systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Competitive salary range of $180,200.00 - $233,200.00 for candidates in Ontario and British Columbia.
