Description:

Design, build, and evolve advanced search and data systems for the Professional Archive Search team.
Focus on blending traditional search with AI-driven approaches, including vector search and knowledge graphs.
Enable clients to meet compliance needs with scalable, reliable, and high-performance search capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in search and AI.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in search or data systems.
Strong background in distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
Experience with search technologies (Lucene, Elasticsearch, Solr) and vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus).
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge graphs.
Proficiency in Java or similar backend programming languages.
Experience with Kubernetes, streaming technologies (Kafka), and modern software development practices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work in evolving environments.
