Description:

  • HHAeXchange is a leading technology platform for home and community-based care, focused on creating comprehensive solutions for aging individuals and those with disabilities.
  • Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to scale the platform, drive feature delivery, and support legacy modernization and new product growth using Rails, AWS, and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with production-grade Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), OOP, TDD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000-125,000/yr, plus variable compensation.
