- Seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to lead the Payments team and contribute as a senior engineer.
- Responsibilities include architecting and building backend systems, improving reliability, and mentoring team members.
Requirements:
- Staff level backend engineering experience with high-scale APIs and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Node, TypeScript, Elixir, etc.) and SQL.
- Understanding of service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
- Strong production ownership mindset and ability to lead through influence.
