Remote Staff Data Engineer - Customer Signals & Instrumentation

Description:

• Join a founding engineering team responsible for Jane's customer data infrastructure.
• Build and maintain end-to-end customer data systems, pipelines, and source integrations.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field with hands-on experience as a data engineer.
• Proven ability to lead strategy and execution in data infrastructure.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms and privacy-compliant tracking.
• Strong opinions on schema design, event taxonomy, and data quality.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and SQL; Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and comfort in a remote-first work environment.
