Description:

Design, build, and operate data infrastructure for ServiceNow CRM Agentic AI.
Develop measurement layers to evaluate AI agent performance and establish metrics with product and AI teams.

Requirements:

8+ years in data engineering with ownership of production data platforms.
Experience in building evaluation infrastructure for machine learning or AI systems.
Proficient in Python, SQL, distributed processing, and cloud data platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and order data, and experience in mentorship and standard setting.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
