Description:

  • Join Phoenix, the AI Agent Platform for DTC Founders, to design and own the data foundation behind an autonomous commerce platform.
  • Responsible for transforming raw commerce events into structured intelligence for decision-making in real-time.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software and data engineering with production systems.
  • Strong experience in event-driven architectures, distributed data pipelines, and modeling transactional datasets.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with distributed/cloud-native systems (AWS or GCP).
  • Experience with analytics databases (ClickHouse) and designing systems for replayability and observability.
  • Startup mindset with a focus on high-impact domains.
