Description:

  • Headway is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to enhance mental healthcare accessibility through data-driven insights.
  • The role focuses on driving patient growth via SEO and AEO strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital presence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python, with experience in causal inference and practical experimentation.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SEO or AEO, and familiarity with search console data and marketing attribution models is a plus.
