Description:

  • Join the Tech & Engineering team at ESN & More as a Staff Engineer focused on AI & Data.
  • Shape architectural direction, strengthen engineering foundations, and promote responsible AI adoption across teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Staff Engineer with impact at the department level.
  • Strong background in modern software engineering, distributed systems, and architectural thinking.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems, microservices, AWS architectures, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Understanding of AI concepts and experience integrating AI into existing systems.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
